Danish Oak is our first attempt at using Danish oak casks in combination with our Spelt-Rye whisky made from malted rye, barley and spelt.
The result is a more intense variation of our Spelt-Rye, with deeper notes of vanilla and baking spices, and a fruity character of red berries.
