This is a single cask bottling of our Spelt-Rye whisky from a 5-year-old 250-litre hogshead made of new American oak.
The whisky is aromatic and intense with a soft, sweet mouthfeel and a complex, spicy character. Expect notes of candied sugar, vanilla, citrus, rye bread, warming spices, pepper, and creamy caramel.
